Abdoulaye Konaté: "Intolerance"
Primo Marella Gallery is thrilled to announce that Intolerance, a powerful work by renowned artist Abdoulaye Konaté, has been acquired by the prestigious Tate Modern in London.
This acquisition marks a significant recognition of Konaté's unique artistic voice, which explores themes of identity, culture, and socio-political issues. The gallery extends its congratulations to the artist on this remarkable achievement, which further solidifies his presence in the global art scene!
 

The artwork was also presented in 2019/2020 during the group exhibition “Africa Universe, Chapter 2” at Primo Marella Gallery Milan. Entirely dedicated to Contemporary African Art, Africa Universe 2 was an important project focused on some of the most interesting Contemporary African Artists. Among historical pieces, there were remarkable works, such as those by Abdoulaye Konaté, which translated personal yet universal experiences through first-class artistic languages and exceptional ways of expression.
